The planning area is located in Gumussuyu neighborhood and Beyoglu District of Istanbul. Beyoğlu district, Kağıthane and Şişli districts in the north, Beşiktaş district in the east, Fatih and Eyüp districts on the opposite of the Golden Horn. The planning area to the east of Beyoğlu District is bordered by İnönü Street to southeast, Taşkışla Street to northwest, Gümüşsuyu Military Hospital to northeast and İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality Atatürk Library to north.
